These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shorelines Explorer, the website Shorelines Explorer at https://shrexplorerandcasino.com, and related features that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD ("Shorelines Explorer," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The iPhone app is also covered by the End User License Agreement.

1. About the Service

Shorelines Explorer is a personal visit journal and an area guide for four Ontario properties: Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands (Gananoque), Shorelines Casino Peterborough, Shorelines Casino Belleville, and Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs (Fraserville).

The app lets you:

• choose a home property and browse the other three;
• read a bundled guide of places on the property and nearby;
• search and filter that guide;
• write a night with a date, title, note, companions, mood, linked places, tags, and optional photos; and
• review those nights on a timeline and a summary trail.

Features may change as we update the app. The guide is a fixed bundle shipped with the app. It is not a live booking service.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

The Service does not provide real-money gambling. You cannot use the Service to:

• place a bet or wager;
• deposit or withdraw money;
• buy credits, chips, or tokens;
• receive cash, cryptocurrency, or prizes;
• cash out a result; or
• participate in gambling operated by us.

Names of casino properties in the guide describe places a person might visit. They are not an offer to gamble, and they are not an offer by those properties. Nothing in the Service is a sportsbook, lottery, or payment service. Moods and trail counts have no monetary value.

3. No Virtual Currency and No Purchase

The Service does not sell virtual coins, chips, credits, or any other item that functions as money. There is no in-app purchase. Trail numbers are counts of what you logged. They cannot be bought, transferred, or redeemed.

4. Your Journal Stays on the Device

Notes, tags, and photographs you add are stored on the iPhone. We do not provide an account, a cloud copy, or a sync between devices. If you delete the app, erase the journal, or lose the phone, we cannot restore those entries. You are responsible for any backup iOS makes under your own settings.

You keep what you write. You give us no license to publish your journal, because we do not receive it in ordinary use. If you email us a note or a screenshot, you allow us to use that message to answer you.

5. The Guide Is Informational

Place descriptions are for orientation. They can go out of date. We do not promise that a dining room, a trail, a show, or a property amenity is open, priced, or still there. The Service does not book a table, sell a ticket, or navigate a route. Confirm details with the place itself before you go.

Property names belong to their owners. Listing a place is not a claim that we operate it, sponsor it, or speak for it.

6. Age Requirement

The Service describes casino properties and is meant for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If the law where you are requires an older age to visit those properties or to use this kind of app, you must meet that older age. You confirm that you meet the age requirement and that using the Service is lawful for you. The Service is not directed to children.

7. Local Laws

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you. We do not promise that the Service is appropriate in every country. The guide describes places in Ontario, Canada. It does not change its features based on the country where the phone is opened.

8. No User Account

The Service does not require an account. If we ever add one, we will update these Terms. A display name in Settings is a label on the device, not a login.

9. License to Use the Service

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and, under the EULA, to install the app, for lawful personal use. We do not sell you the software. All rights not granted stay with SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD and its licensors.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• break the law while using the Service;
• attempt to break, scrape, or overload the website;
• reverse engineer the app except where the law allows;
• copy the guide in bulk for a competing product;
• misrepresent your connection to us or to a Shorelines property; or
• use the Service to harm another person.

11. Intellectual Property

The app, the website, the guide text we wrote, the interface, and our photographs are owned by SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD or used under license. Property names, marks, and third-party place names remain with their owners. You may not use our name or icon in a way that suggests we operate a casino.

12. Third-Party Services

The App Store, Apple's review prompt, your mail app, and the networks that deliver this website are third-party services. Their terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their outages or their policies. The website may link to our own legal pages and to a mailto address. It does not link to real-money gambling sites.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Journal content stays on the device. Emails you send are described there.

14. Data Deletion

Delete an entry, or erase the journal, in Settings. Delete the app to remove its local store from the phone, subject to device backups. To delete an email you sent us, write to support@shrexplorerandcasino.com.

15. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or stop the website or a version of the app. Guide text can be corrected in an update. We do not promise uninterrupted access. The app can be used offline for the journal and the bundled guide. Opening the privacy policy or the terms needs a network connection.

16. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from Apple, you also agree to Apple's licensed application terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or for these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide support. If the app fails to meet a warranty that the law will not let us disclaim, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this section and may enforce it. Any claim about the app is between you and SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD, not Apple, except as this section describes.

There is no Google Play distribution of this app.

17. No Professional Advice

The Service is not legal, financial, travel-agency, or gambling advice. A mood, a milestone, or a place description is not a recommendation to spend money.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a place in the guide is accurate, open, or safe to visit, or that the app will be error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you cannot waive.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the cost of a trip, arising from the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the three months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you paid nothing, whichever is greater. This cap does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is prohibited.

20. Indemnity

You will indemnify SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD against claims that arise from your misuse of the Service, your journal content that you publish elsewhere, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own breach of law.

21. Suspension and Ending Use

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and leaving the website. We may stop offering the website or an app version. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version at https://shrexplorerandcasino.com/terms and changing the date above. If you keep using the Service after the new date, the updated Terms apply to the extent the law allows. The app loads the current page.

23. Disputes

Contact us first at support@shrexplorerandcasino.com and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue. We do not name a court or an arbitration seat in these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence are not limited by this paragraph.

24. Other Terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms if the Service moves to a successor. You may not assign them. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the EULA are the agreement between you and us about the Service. Headings are for convenience. English is the controlling language. We are an independent publisher. We are not a partner, agent, or joint venture of any casino property named in the guide. Apple is a third-party beneficiary only of the App Store section.
