This Privacy Policy explains how SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and otherwise processes information when you access or use the Shorelines Explorer app, this website at https://shrexplorerandcasino.com, and any related features or content that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Service").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described here. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Shorelines Explorer is a visit journal and area guide for four Ontario properties: Shorelines Casino Thousand Islands in Gananoque, Shorelines Casino Peterborough, Shorelines Casino Belleville, and Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs in Fraserville. The website describes the app and publishes this policy, the terms, the end-user license, and the cookie policy.

The Service does not offer real-money gambling. It does not accept wagers, hold a player account, take deposits, pay withdrawals, sell virtual currency, or award prizes. Moods in the journal describe the atmosphere of a visit. They are not a record of wins, losses, or money. The guide is informational. It does not book rooms, sell tickets, or give turn-by-turn directions.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by us in connection with the Service. It does not apply to Apple, your email provider, or other third parties whose services you use to download the app or to send us a message. Those parties have their own policies.

3. Information We May Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

You may choose to provide information when you email us, report a problem, or make a privacy request. That can include your name, your email address, the text of your message, and any screenshot or attachment you choose to send. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless you need it to explain the request.

Inside the app you may type a display name, journal titles, notes, companion names, moods, tags, and place links, and you may attach photographs from the camera or the photo library. That material is stored on the device. The app is built so that journal content is not uploaded to us.

3.2 Information stored on your device

The app keeps, on the iPhone:

• the journal entries and photographs you add;
• your display name, if you set one;
• the home property you choose;
• interest selections from the introduction; and
• whether you have finished the introduction.

You can run the introduction again without deleting entries, or erase the journal and its photographs from that phone, in Settings.

3.3 Website and technical information

When you open the website, the host that serves the pages and the networks that deliver fonts, icons, and scripts may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and the page requested. We do not run our own analytics product, advertising SDK, or account system on the website. See the Cookie Policy for the delivery networks the pages load.

The app can open the privacy policy and the terms in an in-app browser. When it does, the same website requests can occur from the phone.

3.4 Camera, photo library, and App Store review

Attaching a photograph asks iOS for the camera or the photo library, and only when you choose to add one. Rating the app uses Apple's in-app review prompt. Apple processes that prompt under Apple's own terms. We do not receive a copy of your App Store account from that prompt.

4. Information We Do Not Require

Because the Service does not offer gambling, deposits, withdrawals, or purchases, we do not ask you for:

• bank account or payment card details;
• cryptocurrency wallet information;
• a player balance or wagering history; or
• government identification to use the journal.

We do not ask for precise location. The guide names towns; it does not track where the phone is.

5. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not request information about health, biometrics, race, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, or government identifiers in order to use the Service. A journal note could include whatever you type. That note stays on the device unless you later email it to us yourself.

6. How We Use Information

We use information you send us to:

• answer support, privacy, and legal messages;
• fix problems you report;
• keep the website and the legal pages available; and
• meet legal duties that apply to us.

On-device journal data is used by the app on that phone to show Tonight, the guide links, the journal, and the trail. We do not use it to build an advertising profile.

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on:

• Your request, when you email us and expect a reply;
• Legitimate interests, in keeping the website secure and understanding a bug report you send, balanced against your rights; and
• Legal obligation, when we must keep or disclose information to comply with law.

Journal content that never leaves the phone is processed by the app locally, under your control, and is not a transfer to us.

8. How We May Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information you email to us:

• to service providers who host email or the website, only as needed to deliver that service;
• if the law, a court, or a regulator requires it;
• to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or us; or
• if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy would still describe the practice or we would tell you of a material change.

We do not share journal contents with advertising networks, because we do not receive those contents in the ordinary use of the app.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website loads type, icons, styles, and a small script from third-party networks described in the Cookie Policy. The app stores the journal in on-device storage. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-app tracking.

10. Tracking and Advertising

The Service does not include an advertising SDK and does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission in order to track you across other companies' apps and websites. We do not respond to a "Do Not Track" browser signal with a separate setting, because we do not run a tracker that such a signal would switch off. Global Privacy Control signals are noted; there is no sale or share of personal information for cross-context advertising to opt out of.

11. No Automated Gambling or Financial Decisions

We do not make automated decisions about credit, insurance, employment, or gambling eligibility. The trail's counts and milestones are calculated on the device from entries you wrote. They have no monetary effect.

12. Data Retention

Journal entries and photographs remain on the device until you delete an entry, erase the journal, or delete the app. We keep emails you send for as long as we need them to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward to keep a record of the reply, unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete or de-identify them.

13. Data Security

On-device storage is protected by the iPhone's own controls, including the passcode and any encryption iOS applies to app data. No method of storage or email is perfectly secure. Do not email us information you would not want in an ordinary inbox.

14. Age Restrictions and Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact support@shrexplorerandcasino.com and we will delete that message.

15. Your Privacy Choices

• Erase the journal and its photographs in the app's Settings.
• Delete the app to remove its local storage from the phone, subject to how iOS handles backups.
• Decline camera or photo library access in iOS Settings. You can still use the journal without photographs.
• Email us to access, correct, or delete information you previously sent by email.

16. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Email support@shrexplorerandcasino.com. We may need to confirm that the request relates to you. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland may contact the supervisory authority where they live or work. United Kingdom users may contact the Information Commissioner's Office. We do not appoint a separate data protection officer for this Service; privacy requests go to the email above.

Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy statutes may have similar rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals with a unique opt-out, as explained above.

17. Application Stores

The app is distributed on the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy policy covers the store account, payments Apple processes, and diagnostics Apple collects under your device settings. We do not operate a Google Play listing for this app.

18. Email Communications

If you email us, we will use that address to reply. We do not run a marketing mailing list from the app. You can stop a thread by not writing again, or by asking us not to contact you further except where we must keep a record.

19. International Data Transfers

We are not established in every country where someone might email us. Messages you send may be processed in the country where our email host stores them. Journal content that stays on the phone is not transferred by us.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change when we do. The current version is published at https://shrexplorerandcasino.com/privacy. The app loads that page. If a change materially affects email you already sent us, we will take the steps the law requires.

21. Language

This Privacy Policy is provided in English. English is the controlling language.
