This Cookie Policy explains how SHORELINES EXPLORER LTD ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with Shorelines Explorer, the website Shorelines Explorer at https://shrexplorerandcasino.com, and related pages that link here (the "Service").

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website may store on your browser. They can remember a browser during a visit or across visits. They are one way a site can operate, measure traffic, or advertise. This website does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies.
2. What Are Similar Technologies?
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, scripts, font requests, and on-device application storage. In the iPhone app, the journal is kept in on-device storage. That is not a browser cookie, but it is the closest technology the app uses, so it is described here.
3. Website and App
The website may cause your browser to contact content-delivery networks so pages can load type, icons, styles, and a short script. The app stores the journal, photographs you attach, and a few settings on the iPhone. The app does not include an advertising or analytics SDK.
4. Why These Technologies Are Used
4.1 Operating the Service
Scripts and stylesheets are loaded so the pages display, the menu opens, and the contact questions expand. On the phone, on-device storage is what makes the journal and your home-property choice persist after you close the app.
4.2 Preferences
The website does not remember a login, because there is no account. The app remembers the home property, the display name, and whether the introduction is finished. Those values stay on the device.
4.3 Analytics and advertising
We do not set analytics cookies and we do not set advertising cookies. We do not measure campaigns. Delivery networks listed below may keep their own connection logs under their policies. We do not receive an advertising profile from them.
4.4 Security
The host that serves the website may log requests to operate and protect it. We do not add a separate fraud-scoring cookie.
5. Categories
Strictly necessary. Page delivery and the menu script. Without them the site does not render as designed. We treat font, icon, style, and script requests as necessary for presentation, not as optional marketing.
Functional. On the phone, the journal and settings. There is no functional cookie on the website.
Analytics, advertising, and attribution. Not used by us. There is no advertising identifier collection in the app for our own ads, and the app does not ask to track you across other companies' apps.
Crash reporting. We do not ship a third-party crash reporter. Apple may collect diagnostics if you allow that in iOS Settings. That is Apple's processing.
6. First Parties and Third Parties
We do not set a first-party analytics cookie. Third-party networks that help display the site are listed in the table below. The app's storage is first-party on your device; it is not sent to us as part of ordinary journaling.
7. Session and Persistent Storage
Browser requests for fonts and scripts last for the page view and for whatever cache your browser keeps. Journal storage on the iPhone lasts until you erase the journal, delete an entry, or delete the app, subject to backups.

9. Consent
We do not show a cookie banner, because we do not set optional analytics or advertising cookies and we do not store a consent flag. Blocking third-party requests in your browser may change how type and icons look. The words of the pages will still be in the HTML.
If we later add a non-essential cookie, we will update this policy and ask where the law requires it.
10. Browser Controls
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Controls differ in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and other browsers. Blocking all cookies will not remove the journal from the iPhone app, because that storage is not a browser cookie.
11. iPhone Controls
Camera and photo library permissions are in iOS Settings. Erase the journal inside the app. Limit Apple analytics and advertising settings in iOS Settings. The app does not use Apple's tracking permission to follow you across other apps. There is no Android build, so Android advertising controls do not apply.
12. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so a Global Privacy Control signal has no sale to stop. We do not operate a tracker that a Do Not Track signal would switch off. Browsers that send those signals are still welcome.
13. Analytics and Advertising
We do not use Google Analytics, an advertising pixel, or a campaign-measurement SDK on this Service. We do not build advertising audiences from journal entries.
14. Embedded Content and Social Media
Pages do not embed games, video players, or social plugins. Links to email open your mail app. The App Store button on this site is a placeholder until a store URL is published.
15. Content Delivery
Fonts, icons, styles, and the motion script are loaded from the networks in the table. Those providers see connection data such as IP address and user agent when your browser requests the file. Their policies govern that processing. We use them to present the site, not to advertise.
16. Legal Bases
Presentation of the website and on-device storage of a journal you choose to keep are necessary to provide the Service you asked for. We do not rely on consent for an advertising cookie, because we do not set one.
17. Regional Rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with a privacy law, the rights in the Privacy Policy apply to personal information we actually hold, which is mainly email you send us. Journal data that never leaves the phone is under your control on the device.
18. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly use cookies to profile children.
19. Retention and Deletion
Clear your browser cache to drop files the site's networks stored there. Erase the journal in Settings to drop on-device entries and photographs. Email support@shrexplorerandcasino.com to ask us to delete a message you sent.
20. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. The date at the top will change. The current version lives at https://shrexplorerandcasino.com/cookies. If a provider in the table changes, we will update the table when we become aware of a material change in what the site loads.
